Returns Policy
Quill Safety will accept returns whether the goods are faulty or if you find that the product isn't suitable for what you intended it for. However all returns must be sent back in the condition that they were received ie; all packaging & unused within 30 days of purchase.
The return postage is the responsibility of the customer and the postage costs are not reimbursed, only the product itself.
If you would like to return your item/s needs please email info@quillsafety.com.au with the reason for return and wait for further instructions on how to return your item to us.
A store credit or refund will be issued, this will be determined during the returns process by Quill Safety.
Postage & handling costs on all returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Quill Safety.
